All ORDINANCE EXTENDING THE CITY LIMITS OF' THE CITY OF WICHITA
FALLS, TEXAS, BY ANNEXING CERTAIN LANDS ADJACENT TO THE SOUTHWESTERN
TERRITORIAL LIMITS OF THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS TEXAS W CH LANDS
ARE DESCRIBED IN THIS ORDINANCE. zQ� )
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF WICHITA
FALLS, TEXAS:
SECTION 1. That the following tract of land located in
Wichita County, Texas; be and the same is hereby ordered to be
annexed and to be included within the corporate limits of the City
of Wichita Falls, Texas, and that the corporate limits be extended
so as to include said tract of land in Wichita County, Texas, the
same being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point in the present City L.J.m .t line, said
point being 70 feet N 300 341 W from the northwest cc:rr_er of Lot
195 Block 1 of Rancho Vista Place, Unit I Subdivision:., which sub-
division is recorded in Volume 7, Page 91 of the Plat Records of
Wichita County, said point also being in the north right -of -way
line of Kit Carson Trail;
Thence N 300 141 W 150 feet to a point;
Thence easterly parallel to and 150 feet from the north right -
of -way line of said Kit Carson Trail to a point n the present City
Limit line, said point being 660 feet west of thu center line of
Sisk Road measured at right angles thereto;
Thence south along the present City Limit line to the north
right -of -way line of Kit Carson Trail;
Thence westerly along the north right -of -way line of Kit
Carson Trail, being also the present City Limit line, to the place
of beginning and containing 4 acres more or less.
SECTION 2. In conformity with Section 3 -A of the Amended
Charter of the C ty Wichita Falls, Texas, this ordinance is on
the If day of c- �, , 1960, introduced and the City Clerk
is directed to P,-dblish sala ordinance one time in a newspaper
of general circulation published in the City of W1_chita Falls,
Texas, and seven days thereafter this ordinance may be finally
