ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE PERMANENTLY CLOSING AND ABANDONING A PORTION OF A
TEN (10) FOOT UTILITY EASEMENT ON LOT 9, BLOCK 14, OF THE SOUTHERN
HILLS "DITTOE" HEIGHTS ADDITION TO THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS.
WHEREAS, there has ,heretofore been dedicated a 10-foot
utility easement on the South side of Lot 9, Block 14, Southern
Hills "Dittoe" Heights Addition to the City of Wichita Falls, and
WHEREAS, there has heretofore been deeded to the City
of Wichita Falls an additional 10-foot strip on the South side of
said lot for utility purposes,
NOW, -THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN
OF THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS:
THAT, the ten-foot utility easement on the South side
of Lot 9, Block 14, of Southern Hills "Dittoe" Iie3 � its Addition to
the City of Wichita Falls described as follows :
Beginning at the Southeast corner of Lot 9, Block
14, of Southern Hills "Dittoe" Heights Addition
Thonce South 89° 58' West 80 feet to a point;
Thence North 45° 02' West 14 .1 feet to a point;
Thence North 89° 58 ' East 91 feet to a point;
Thence South 0° 02' East 10 feet to the place of
beginning,
is hereby closed and abandoned as a utility easement.
