ORDINANCE NO. 701
AN ORDINANCE PERMANENTLY CLOSING AND ABANDONING A PORTION
OF A TEN (10) FOOT UTILITY AND ALLEY EASEMENT ON LOT 9,` BLOCK 1LE.,
OF THE SOUTHERN HILLS "DITTOE” HEIGHTS ADDITION TO THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS.
WHEREAS, there has heretofore been dedicated a 10-foot,
utility and alley easement on the South side of Lot 9, Block 14.9
Southern Hills "Dittoe" Heights Addition to the City of Wichita Falls ,
and
WHEREAS, there has heretofore been deeded to the City of
Wichita Falls an additional 10-foot strip on the South side of said
met for utility and alley purposes,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN
OF THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS:
THAT, the ten-foot utility and alley easement on the South
side of Lot 9, Block 14 , of Southern Hills "Dittoe" Heights Addition
to the City of Wichita Falls described as follows:
Beginning at the Southeast corner of Lot 9, Block
]4, of Southern Hills "Dittoe" Heights Addition
Thence South 89° 581 West 80 feet to a point;
Thence North 4.5° 021 West 14.. 1 feet to a point;
Thence North 89° 58 ' East 91 feet to a point;
Thence South 0° 021 East 10 feet to the place of
beginning.
is hereby closed and abandoned as a utility and alley easement.
