Res Debt Consolidation 4/12/1937MER , the Board of Aldermen, in regular4session on April 9, 1937,
in conformity to the terms of the "Refunding Plan ", dated October 15, 1936,
passed a resolution declaring said.Refunding_ Plan .effective and authorized the
payment of all accrued interest to June 1, 1936, on the bonds of the City as
and when said bonds are deposited for refunding, and,
IMEREAS, the total cash on hand in the several interest and sinking
fund accounts on May 311 1936 was 288,557.41, a sum sufficient to pay the
interest due on May 31, 1936, as shown by the following schedule:

AREAS, the said Refunding Plan has consolidated. all the bonded debt
of the City into one issue of bonds and requires the consolidation of all funds
levied, collected, set aside and appropriated for the payment of said refunding
bonds issued June 1, 19361
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE 130AM) OF ALDEMN OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FA3:,M, TEXAS$
14-f That the funds on deposit May 31, 1936, to the credit of the
several issues of bonds, totaling in the aggregate $288,557.41 be and are hereby
consolidated into one interest and sinking fund account as of.May 31, 1936, and
from said consolidated funds the interest due Inlay 31, 1936, be paid on all,
bonds as and when said bonds are deposited for refunding under Refunding Plan
dated October 15, 1936,
2r� That the balance remaining after said paymeAt of interest due on
May 31, 1936, be consolidated tz with all fundA levied, collected, set aside and
appropriated for the payment of interest and principal due and to become due on
the new refunding bonds dated June 1, 1936, and provided for in the "Refunding
Plan" of October 15, 1936, and authority is hereby given to the City Treasurer
and the City Depositary to make said payments in accordance with the tenor of
this resolution.
