NOW, THFREYCRE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDEMN OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT
The City Treasurer and the City Clerk be and are hereby authorized to
accept as security for the City of Wichita Falls, Texas, five (5) Archer County,
Texas, 2% refunding Road Bonds at $1,000.00 each due July 11 1945, and surrender
fine (5): Wichita County Bonds. No. 186 to 190 at 11,000 each, maturing April 10,
1944, now. on deposit in the .First National .Bank in Dallas.
