EAS, the City National Bank in Wichita Falls, Texas, depository
of the City of_Wichita Falls funds, has deposited in trust with the First
National Bank of Dallas, Texas, being:
Iftchita County, Texas, 6% Special. Road bonds, totaling $24,000000
as evidenced by Receipt No. 21974, dated 6/21/41.
County of Wichita 0 Special Road bonds evidenced by Receipt
No. 23169, dated 2/20/42, in amount of #2,000.00.
County of Wichita 4 3 /45 Refunding Bonds evidenced by Receipt
No. 23168, dated 2/20/42, in the amount of 443,000,00.
Wichita County 4 1/4% Water Improvement District No. 1 Refunding
bonds of Series 1938 .due 4/1/45, evidenced by Receipt No.
21536, dated 3/24/41, in the amount of 415,(1000
all of which aggregate the sum of 464,000,00, and
WMUS, the City National Bank of Wichita Falls, Texas, desires
to withdraw the above described securities, and
*UMW, there remains a total. of 01,718,000.00 securities in the
First National .Bank of Dallas pledged by the City National Bank of Wichita
Falls, Texas, to secure the City of vdchita Falls depository, and
*MEMAS the Board of Aldermen deem the seme to be of sufficient
amount to secure the funds now on deposit with the City National Bank of
Wichita Falls, Texas,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT BE M
SOUMD BY THE BOARD OF AL :- of the
City of Wichita Falls, Texas, that_tb City Treasurer and. the City Clerk
be and are hereby authorized to release and surrender to the City National
Bank of Wichita Falls, Texas, the pledged securities described in
Paragraph 1 of this Resolution.
