OF W11CHITA FALLS, ,, CH 15th., 1943•
THAT WHEREAS, the Board of Aldermen of the City
of Ulchita Falls has just learned of the untimely passing
of our beloved fellow townsman, J. T. Harrell.
NO% THEREFORE, Be it resolved by the Board of
Aldermen of the City of Dichita Falls, Toxas, that we
record in the adnute boors of the City of Wichita Falls
a record of the sudden passing of our beloved townsman,
J. T. Harrell, and in token of the esteem and love that
the citizenship had for this beloved citizen.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That his life among us
was twenty —three years of useful service to this community.
He was prominent and in the forefront of everyuorthwhile
civic, educational, moral and religious undertaking. His
friends were legion and his passiwng is a great loss to our
community and it is fitting that we should record this
humble tribute to him and to the members of his family and
it is accordingly so done.
BE IT FUR HER RESOLVED, That a copy of this
resolution be furnished to his family, to the local press and
to the City National Bank in lichita Falls, which institution
he served so long and faithfully and recorded is the minute
