for the City of Wichita Falls, Texaseposited in trust with the First
National Bank in Dallas, United States Certificates of Indebtedness aggregating
the sum of $1,300,000.00 as.securities for the account of the City of Wichita
Falls, Texas, as evidenced by the First National Bank in Dallas Certificates
No. 32537, 32736 and 33093, as hereinafter set forth:

AND, INHEREAS, the City National Bank in Wichita Falls, Texas, has
requested release of the above described securities, and
I- MREA.S, the City National Bank in Wichita Falls, Texas, agrees to
substitute in lieu thereof 1, 000, 000.00 U S 11% .bonds maturing in 1950 and
$3001000.00 U S 2% bonds maturing in 1951 -53, aggregating the sum of
$1,300,000.00,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF AIDEFMIEN OF THE CITY
OF VECHITA 'FALLS, TEXAS,
THAT the City Clerk be and he is hereby authorized to accept as
security for the account of the City of Wichita Falls, Texas, $1,000,000.00
U.S. l-Z1% bonds due in 1950 and $300,000.00 U S 2% bonds due in 1951 -53, and
surrender the above described U S Certificates of Indebtedness aggregating
the sum of $1,300,000.-00 evidenced by First National Bank in Dallas
Certificates No. 32537, 32736 and 33093 now held in trust by the First
National Bank in Dallas for the City of Wichita Falls, Texas.
