contract to -crest Texas Construction Company, and assessing said
Lot 16 in Block 6 of Fairview addition to the City of Wichita
Fal-Ist Texas, the sum of V1,028.99, said ordinance 'being filed
in the office of the Clerk of the city of Wichita Falls,and later
filed in the County Clerk of, ',,Vichita County's -records, and

was never paved, and no m-echanic's lien was ever

of record in the deeds records of Wichita County, Texas, and clouds

,':hereas there is no demand for paving at this place since
colquitt iload is not paved, and no building is being done in this
section, and she price of this said property is far below the
amount of the lien so imposed by the said ordinance as passed and
recorded, and no necessity remains for this ordinance to be longer
effective as placing a lien on this said lot, and the other lots
namted in this said ordinance have been paved, and in order to
remove said lien from this said Lot 16 in Block 6 of :1'airvi�w iddition
to the City of Wichita Falls, Texa6, the following resolution is
hereby passed in consideration of the premises:
Now Therefore, be it adjudged and ordained by the Board of
aldermen in regular assembly that the assessment against the
above described property, Lot 16 in Block 6 of Fairview �'_ddition to the
City of Vlichita ils, Texas, Wichita 00'anty,1'exass in the sum of
.,:1,028.99 as assessed by said ordinance 787, be and the same is hereby
declared null and void, and the said lien against the said lot is
hereby removed, but this is only intended to remove said lien from
said Lot 16 in Block 6 of Fairview ,ddition to the City of Wichita
Falls, Texas, and in no-wise affects the liens created against the
other lots by the said ordinance '787,butsaid liens are to remain
In force and effect as found named in said ordinance 787.
That this resolution shall take effect from this date,
