TUT IMREAS, it has cone to the attention of the Mayor and
the Board of :aldermen of the City of Wichita Falls that some of the
regular full time employees have been holding two regular jobs of
employment at the same time which has been accomplished by virtue
of their having one day a week off from their employment with the
City.
AID ,MREAS, it is believed by the Board of Aldermen that such
employees cannot perform their regular duties with the city with the
efficiency desired if such employees are holding two regular jobs of
employment at the sage tame.
Now, therefore, be it resolved by the Board of Aldermen that
hereafter that no regular full time employee of the City of dichita
Falls shall hold two regular jobs of employment while employed by the
City of Wichita 'Falls.
Be it further resolved that the City Manager be, and he is hereby,
given full power and authority to do any and all things which to hire seeds
right and proper between the City of Wichita Falls and its employees
with reference to permitting such employees to accept and perform minor
jobs of employment that will not interfere with the efficient performance
of their employment with -the City of Wichita Falls.
