Res Parking meter funds 9/13/1943RMLUTION
That, whereas, heretofore, on different occasions, and prior to
this date,, ParkirZ teeter Funds have been insufficient to cover
the exsenditure5 for which such fund is collected and necessitated
the transfer of funds from the a, ester Department to the Parking-,
Leter Account, said sums beinZ in excess of 110,000.00, and,
5hereas, said Parkin;; :peter Fund now has in it sufficient funds to
pay the necessary charges against said fund and to reimburse the
Water Department for a portion of the sums heretofore transferred
to the Parking meter Fund.
BE !T RESOLVED BY THE DORD OF 1LDIDLIT, A3 FOLLOM:
That the City Clerk be and he is hereby authorized to Tansf er froffi
funds non on deposit in the Parking ;::peter Account the sum of 010,000.00
to the liter Fund Account, said transfer being made for the purpose
of reimbursing- the Water Fund Account -for a portion of the funds
heretofore transferred froa the ','later Account to the Paiking Leter
Account.
