That, whereas, on Augu-st D., 1943, at a MQW0 meeting of
the Board of Aldermen of the City of Wichita Falls, Texas, a hear-
ing was had upon applications for certificates of pz blic convenience
and necessity for the operation of additional tall cabs' in said city.

public convenience and necessity required the operation of such
additional automobiles in order to properly provide transportation
for the public.

and repairs for the operation of oublic transportation,
And, whereas, the various oper--,Lors of public transportation in the
City of VaSita Falls requested the Board of AQQPM�n to call to

transportation facilities in 33chita tails, Texas and to assist said
operators in securing necessaiT facilities for the operation of said
transportation.
