MCCRORY, TRUSTEE. FURTHER PROVIDING THAT THE FEE SIKU'LE TITLE TO THE LP.NDS
AND PROPERTY SHALL BE COIDIDIIED AND THAT ALL RIPARIAN RIGHTS IN CONNECTION
WITH SUCH LAND SHALL ALSO BE ACQUIRED.

after described, or the damages occasioned by the acquisition of such land
and property by the City to' be used in the construction, erection and main-
tenance of a water supply reservior and lake,
Ngg, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDMIEN OF THE CITY
OF ZCHITA FALLS, TEXAS:
SECTION 1. That the City Attorney be, and he is hereby, directed
to immediately institute condemnation proceedings to acquirg the fee sim-ole
title to the following described lands and property and -the riparian rights
attached thereto, located and situated in Archer County, Texas, and owned by
Luke McCrory, Trustee, to -wit:
Being all of Block 110, American Tribune New Colony Lands
and-a part of the following; Block 111, A.T.Nr.C.L., Plock
112, A.T.N.C.L.;.the W. Horwitz Survey, Abstract 646; M.
L. Swain Survey, Abstract 448; Chas: Spaulding Survey., Ab-
stract 388; the J.M. Taylor.Survey, No. 3, Abstract 655, and
the J. t7. Taylor Survey, No. 2, more fully described as
follows:
Beginning at a tyro 'inch iron pipe at a'fence corner, the
same being the S.E. Corner of the Chas. Spaulding Survey,
Abstract 388, and the TAW. Corner of the John M. Taylor Sur-
vey, No. 6, Abstract 649, and running thence West 5281
feet to a stone marked SEMEP, the same being the SE Corner
of the M.E.P. & P.R.R. Survey and the SW- Corner of the Chas.
Spaulding'Survey; thence North with the ,lest line of the
said Spaulding Surrey 4222 feet to a point; thence North
820 481 East 3426.9 feet to a point; thence south 590 121
Fast 1364.5 feet to a point; thence last 2300 feet to a

point in the West line of the John E. Taylor Surveys No., V3�

thence North 1092 feet to the N71 Corner of the said Taylor
Survey, No. 4; thence nest with the North line of.,.the said
Taylor Survey, No. 4, 4882 f eet to the -Nid` Com"er, poi- the
same; thence South 3355 feet to-the place of- beginning, and
containing 1523.$ acres of land, more or less.
SECTION 2. That the City acquire the fee sample title to said land and
property and that it acquire also all riparian rights attaching to said land
and property for' the, reason that said land and property is to be used for
the construction, erection, and maintenance of a water supply reservior and
lake to furbish water for the waterworks system of the City of Wichita Falls
Texas, and is necessary that the fee simple title to said land, and riparian
rights, be so acquired so that the inhabitants of the said city shall be
furnished with a supply of wholesome water, and said water supply be pro-
tected.
