WHEREAS, the City National. Bank of Wichita Falls, Texas, Depository
for the City of Wichita Falls, Texas, has deposited in trust with the First
National Bank in Dallas the sum of $5,000.00 2% Archer County Road Refunding
Bond as security for the account of the City of Wichita Falls, Texas, as
evidenced by First National, Bank in Dallas, Texas, Certificate No. 27466 dated
April 7, 1944, and
V,iHEEiEAS., the. above described bonds being Nos, 156/160 at #1,000.00
each, aggregating the sum of $5,000.00, are maturing July 1, 1945, and
WHEREAS, the City National Bank of Wichita Falls, Texas, has requested
the release of the above described bonds maturing July 1, 1915, and
WHEREAS, in the opinion of the Board of Alderman of the City of
Wichita Falls, Texas, there remain a sufficient amount of securities deposited
in trust with the First National Bit in.Dallas, Texas,.by the City National
Bank of Wichita Falls, Texas, to secure the deposits of the City of Wichita
Falls, Texas,
NOK, THEREFOR, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDEI N OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS.,
THAT the City Treasurer and the City Clerk be and are hereby
authorized to release and surrender to the City National Bank of Wichita Falls,
Texas, $5,000.00 of 2% Archer County Road Refunding Bonds Nos. 156/1.60 at.
$1,000.00 each, maturing. July 1. 1945, as evidenced by First.National.Bank in
Dallas, Texas, Certificate No. 27466, dated April. 7, 1944, now on deposit with
the First National. Bank in Dallas, Texas,
