to be used exc1mgively for a: mLUtary reservation and airport, the
primary term of said lease being for one year with provision.,3 for
the annual renewal of said lease to and including June 30., 1966,

Fthareas., V.,. P. Hood, llayor of the City of Wichita Falls.,received
from the United Mates of America a notice of the renew 4l -f said
Lease No. 1,72V en,2,,-272 and executed the same on behalf of the City
of 'Uchilta Falls., Texas, on the 27th day of May, A, D. 1943.
