Thereas, the City of Wichita Falls is the owner of
a four room house located at 710 North Scott Street in the
City of Wichita Falls, and desires to sell the same to Jack
Green for a consideration of Fifty and no/100 ($50.00) Dollars
cash, and
lahereas, the American Red Cross desires to purchase
said property for Jack Green to replace certain property owned
by :aim and aestroyea by recent cyclone.
Tow, therefore, be it resolved by the Board of Alder-
men as follows:
That W. E. Fitzgerald, Mayor of the City of Wichita
Falls, Texas, be and he is hereby authorizes to execute a Bill
of Sale when prepared and presented to him by the City A't'torney
conveying that certain four room house located at 710 Worth
Scott Street in the City of Wichita Falls, Texas, to Jack Green
for a cash consideration of Fifty and no /100 ($50.00) Dollars.
