AN ORDINANCE CHANGING THE NAME OF ADIRONDACK STREET IN
UNIVERSITY PARK ADDITION, SECTION E-2, TO SUMMIT DRIVE,
AND REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PORTIONS OF ORDINANCES
IN CONFLICT HEREWITH
WHEREAS, the Board of Aldermen of the City of
Wichita Falls have been requested by interested parties to
change the name of Adirondack Street in University Park
Addition, Section E-2, to Summit Drive within the said
City of Wichita Falls, and
WHEREAS, the Board of Aldermen of .the City of
Wichita Falls, Texas believe it to be to the best interest
of the said City that the same be changed;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
ALDERMEN. OF THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1. That Adirondack Street in University
Park Addition, Section E-2, be renamed Summit Drive;
SECTION 2. That all ordinances or portions of
ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
