AN ORDINANCE REPEALING ORDINANCE NUMBER 1902 AND SETTING THE TIMES
FOR THE REGULAR MEETINGS OF THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS.
WHEREAS, it is desired by the Board of Aldermen to set the
times for the meetings of the Board of Aldermen so that as many
citizens as possible having business with the Board of Aldermen
will be able to attend any regular meeting;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS :
SECTION 1.
That in accordance with Section 34., as amended,
of the Charter of the City of Wichita Falls ,
the regular meeting times of the Board of Alder-
men of the City of Wichita Falls shall be the
second Monday of each month and the fourth Mon-
day of each month, both at 7:30 O 'Clock P .M.
SECTION 2.
Ordinance No. 1902 and all other ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed.
SECTION 3.
This ordinance shall become effective June 26, 1961.
