RESOLUTION ACCEPTING IMPROVEIMIENTS ON A PORTION
OF ROBERTS AVENUE AND DIRECTING THE ISSUANCE
AND DELIVERY OF CERTIFICATES IN EVIDENCE OF
SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS LEVIED.
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls, heretofore
entered into a contract with Stuckey Construction
Company, a partnership, of Wichita Falls, Texas, for
the making and construction of certain improvements on
the following portion of Roberts Avenue in said City
to wit:
ROBERTS AVENUE, from West Property Line of
Van Buren Street to the East Property Line
of Sunset Drive, known and designated as
Unit or District No. 14.
and,
WHEREAS, such improvements have been completed
upon said portion of Roberts Avenue and have been
inspected and found to be complete in accordance with
the contract therefor, THEREFORE;
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF
THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
I.
The improvements on said portion of Roberts Avenue
be, and they are hereby, accepted; and the contract
with reference to the construction of such improvements
be , and is hereby, found and declared fully completed
and performed.
II.
The Mayor be, and he is hereby directed to issue
and execute in the name of the City, certificates in
evidence of the special assessments levied against
abutting property and owners thereof for such improve-
ments, and the City Clerk is directed to execute same
and impress thereon the corporate seal, all in accordance
with the proceedings relating to such improvements and
assessments; such certificates shall be delivered to said
Company.
III.
This resolution shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.

REPORT OF THE ENGINEER AS TO FINAL COMPLETION
OF IMPROVEMENTS ON ROBERTS AVENUE, IN THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS.
TO THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS:

I beg to report that Stuckey Construction Company,
a partnership, of Wichita Falls, Texas, to whom was
awarded the contract for the improvement of certain
streets and avenues in the City of Wichita Falls, Texas,
has completed the imprbvements on
ROBERTS;AVENUE, from the West Property Line of
Van Buren Street to the East Property Line of
Sunset Drive, known and designated as Unit or
District No.14.
The said improvements having been completed in
strict accordance with the terms of said contract and
specifications of said work adopted by the City, I`
hereby recommend that the said improvements be finally
accepted by the Board of Aldermen.
