At a called meeting of the Board of Aldermen of
the City of Wichita Falls, at the Municipal Auditorium,
on July 31, 1950, upon motion of Alderman Ray
seconded by Alderman R.JeBrown the following
resolution was unanimously passed:
BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Wichita Falls
shall cause suit to be filed against the Wichita City
Lines, Inc., and in addition to the services of the
regular City Attorney, shall employ Leslie Humphrey to
assist in said suit.
