RESOLUTION
At a called meeting of the Board of Aldermen of
the City of Wichita Falls, at the Municipal Auditorium,
on July 31, 1950, upon motion of Alderman Abbott
seconded by Alderman R.J.Brown the following resolu-
tion was unanimously passed.
BE IT RESOLVED that the City Clerk shall notify
the Wichita City Lines, Inc., the bus company which
holds the franchise for the operation of buses in the
City of Wichita Falls, that the Board of Aldermen will
consider at its meeting to be held at the Municipal
Auditorium on the _44a-day of A (./ 6-4/sir , A. D.
1950, at
ir
P.M. , the repeal of Ordinance No. 1337
granting a franchise for the operation of a bus line, and
will also consider the repeal of Ordinance No. 1491, per-
mitting the Wichita City Lines, Inc. , to acquire such
franchise; and the City Clerk is directed to notify
the Wichita City Lines, Inc. , to be present and be heard
on the question of whether its franchise shall be re-
pealed.
