and by paving with one Or mere of the foliewing typed of materials, to-wits

and thereafter plans and specifications were d.uly adopted and approved for
such improvimient, bids were`advertised for and received, and 011 the 3.5th day

considered and the City Countil„ after fully considering the same, is Of the
opinion twat the bid of Stuckey Construction Company
is the lowest and most advantageous and should be accepted;
W, THERZFOU, B IT RESOLVED that the bid of Stuckey Construction
Company; for the making and construct& n of said improvements
on the above; described streets and hie wed with the City of Wichita
Falls, be and the same is hereby accepted, and that contract be made and
entered into in accordance with the specificationscations set forth fer such
bids and in accordance with the Charter ani Ordinances of the City of Wichita
palls and the laws of the State of Texas.
This resolution shall take effect and be in form and effect on and
after its passage,
