Be it resolved by the City Counsel of the City of Wichita Fails
that the Housing Authority of the City of Wichita Falls be authorized and
directed to operate the housing projects 'within its area of operation belonging
to the City of Wichita Falls as provided and authorized by Article 1269-K of
the Revised Civil Sbatutes of Texas and that such Housing Authority be authorized
to provide for the operation, maintenance, construction, reconstruction, irpreve-.
meat, alteration or repair of any such housing project or any part thereof out
of the revenue derived from the operation of such project.
