Brothers ? ., - to Mrs W. W. Gardner RESOLUTION N0, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BARD OF ALDERMAN OF THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEAS; SECTION 1. That an election is hereby called on the 4th day of April, A. D. 1950, for the purpose of electing a Mayor and three Aldermen for the City of Wichita Falls, Texas, 836TION 2. The places for which Aldermen shall be elected are hereby designated as Nos. 4, 5 and 6. Said Mayor and Aldermen shall serve the City of Wichita Falls for the ensuing two years and until their successors are elected and qualified, SECTION 3. The election shall be held in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas and the Ordinances and Charter of the City of Wichita Falls, made and provided in such cases. The said election shall be held within the City of Wichita Falls, Texas, at the several voting places, and the following persons are hereby appointed directors of said election: �t All qualified voters who reside in County Voting Precinct Nos. 1 and S, shall vote at the Bailey Meissner Company, 1101 Lamar St., herein designated as City Voting Precinct No. 1; with _ E. _P. --- as Presiding Judge,o and A.
