At a meeting of the Board of Aldermen of the City of Wichita
Falls, Texas, held in the regular place for the meetings of said
Board of Aldermen on the 3rd floor of the Municipal Auditorium in
said city on

presented
the following resolution
for consideration:
WHEREAS it is the opinion of the Board of Aldermen that the
present owner and holder of the motor bus transportation franchise
is in violation of its franchise in that it is not rendering to
the general public an adequate transportation service with depend-
able schedules, and further that they have made changes in bus
schedules without consulting the Board of Aldermen.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDE_Rk &N -OF THE UITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS:
That the necessary steps be taken to cancel said franchise
if the bus company does not comply with its part of the frEnchhise
agreement to render adequate bus service with dependable schedules
within a reasonable time.
BE IT FURTHER tRESOLVED that the City Clerk send a copy of this
resolution to the record owner of the aforesaid franchise, its
known traffic consultants, managers and supervisors.
Unon motion of Alderman Berry Brnwn , seconded by
Alderman a. R. Ray , the foregoing resolution was
adopted by the following vote, YEAS All NAYS None
