AN ORDINANCE PERMANENTLY ABANDONING A PORTION OF A UTILITY EASE-
MENT ON THE SOUTH END OF TRACT "A" BLOCK 20, OF THE SUNSET TERRACE
ADDITION, SECTION 2, REVISED, TO THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF WICHITA
FALLS, TEXAS:
SECTION 1. That the utility easement covering the hereinafter
described property along the south end of Tract "A" Block 20,
Sunset Terrace Addition, Section 2, Revised, to the City of
Wichita Falls, Texas, be and the same is hereby relinquished and
abandoned; said Tract is described as follows :
Beginning at the southeast corner of said Tract "A",
Block 20; Thence with the south line of said Tract
"A", Block 20, South 73-01 West 142 feet to a point;
Thence North 16-59 West 10 feet to a point; Thence
North 73-01 East 112 feet to a point in the east
line of said Tract "A", Block 20; Thence with said
east line, south 16-59 east 10 feet to the place of
beginning.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 9th day of July, 1962.
