RESOLUTION APPROVING WAIVER OF REMOVAL PROVISIONS
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE City Council of the City of Wichita Falls, Texas,
which has jurisdiction over the area in which Project TEX—VN—b1920 of
Hardin College is located, that the waiver of the removal requirements
of Section 313 of the Lanham Act (Public Law 8L.9, 76th Congress, as
amended) with respect to said project is hereby specifically approved
in accordance with the Independent Offices Appropriation Act, 1950.
The above and foregoing resolution was discussed and passed by the City
Council of the City of Wichita Falls, Texas, in regular session on
October 24, 1949.
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS the 24th day of October, 1949.
