RESOLUTION APPROVING WAIVER OF REMOVAL
PROVISIONS
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of 74ichita
Falls, Texas, which has jurisdiction over the area in which Project Tax-11-41826 and
Tex -V -41860 of The Housing Authority of the City of jgichita FFdls,
Texas, 4Ze located, that the waiver of the removal requirements of
Section 313 of the Lanham. Act (Public Law 849, 76th Congress, as
amended) with respect to said project is hereby specifically approved
in accordance with the independent Offices Appropriation Act, 1950.
