ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE EXTENDING THE CITY LIMITS OF THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS,
TEXAS, BY ANNEXING CERTAIN LANDS ADJACENT TO THE SOUTH EASTERN
TERRITORIAL LIMITS OF THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, WHICH LANDS
ARE DESCRIBED IN THIS ORDINANCE. (KROTTINGER SUBDIVISION)
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF WICHITA
FALLS, TEXAS:
SECTION 1. That the following tract of land located in Wichita
County, Texas, be and the same is hereby ordered to be annexed and
to be included within the corporate limits of the City of Wichita
Falls, Texas, and that the corporate limits be extended so as to
include said tract of land in Wichita County, Texas, the same being
more particularly described as follows :
The following described tract of land out of Block 7, Chero-
kee County School Land, Abstract 33, Wichita County, Texas,
presently bounded on the west by existing City limits,
more particularly described as follows :
Beginning at a point on the East line of Bonny Drive 1622.3
feet North and 1087.1 feet East of the Southwest corner
of Block 7, Cherokee County School Land, Abstract 33, Wichita
County, Texas; Thence N. 890 -45! E, 170.0 feet to a
point; Thence S. 00° -181 E, 619.5 feet to a point;
Thence S. 89°-421 W, 20.0 feet to a point; Thence
N. 00° -18 ' W, 75.0 feet to a point; Thence S. 89°-42' W,
150.0 feet to a point on the East line of Bonny Drive; __ 4
Thence N. 00°-18 ' W, with the East line of Bonny Drive,
544.5' to the place of beginning and containing 2.331
acres.
SECTION 2. In conformity with Section 3-A of the amended
Charter of the City of Wichita Falls , Texas , this Ordinance is on

Clerk is directed to pubrissh baid Ordinance one time in a newspaper
of general circulation published in the City of Wichita Falls, Texas ,
and 7 days thereafter this Ordinance may be finally acted upon.
