WHEREAS, the. First National Bank of Wichita Falls, Wichita Falls, Texas,
is a special depositor for funds of the City of Wichita Falls, and has deposited
in trust with the First National Bank in Dallas to secure deposits of the said
City of Wichita Falls, Wichita Falls, Texas, the following securities aggregating
the sum of $990,000.00 as evidenced by the First National. Bank in Dallas certificates
as here -in -after set forth:

Texas, has requested release of the above described securities, and
I &SEAS, the City of Wichita Falls funds have been withdrawn from the
First National Bank of Wichita Falls, Texas,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF.THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TFAXAS,
THAT the City Clerk be and he is hereby authorized-and directed to
release to the First National Bank of Wichita Falls, Wichita Falls, Texas, the
above described securities aggregating the sum of $990,000,00 held in trust
by the First National Bank in Dallas.
