RESOLUTION ISO.
That whereas, on September 25, A. D., 191+/+, the City of
Wichita Falls, acting by its Mayor, W. B. Hamilton, executed a Deed
conveying Lots 1 to 13, inclusive, in Block 76 of the Original Town
of Wichita Falls, Texas, to Axis Brothers Company,
And whereas, by oversight, the Mayor was not officially
authorized by the Board of Aldermmen to execute such Deed; notWith-
standing the fact that the Board of Aldermen authorized the City
Manager to make the sale and have the Deed executed, the Mayor was
not officially authorized by the Board of Aldermen to execute said
Deed.
Now, therefore, be it resolved by the Board of Aldermen
of the City of Washita Falls, Texas, as follows:
That the execution of the above mentioned Deed by Mayor
W. B. Hamilton conveying said property to Amis Brothers Company
is hereby ratified and confirmed for all purposes, and said Deed
will have the same force and effect as if the Board of Aldermen
had officially authorized the execution of /the qqae by Phe Mayor,
