AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION IX, ART. 3 OF ORDINANCE NO. 1688
(THE WICHITA FALLS PLUMBING CODE) , WHICH 'WAS AMENDED BY SECTION
2 OF ORDINANCE NO. 1978, BY DELETING THE WORDS "DEEP SEAL”,
AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS:
SECTION 1: That paragraph (b) of. Section IX, Article 3
of Ordinance No. 1688, as amended by Section 2 of Ordinance No.
1978, be, and it is hereby amended, by deleting the words "deep
seal" from said paragraph (b) .
SECTION 2: The fact that this amendment to the Wichita
Falls plumbing code is necessary in order to bring such code
up to date creates an emergency and this ordinance is hereby
declared an emergency on the ground of urgent public need for
the preservation of peace, health and safety, of property, and
this ordinance shall take effect from and after its passage and
approval.
