ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE CLOSING AND ABANDONING THAT PORTION OF NEFF
STREET EXTENDING FROM THE SOUTH PROPERT!,_," LINE OF
STREET SOUTHWARD TO A POINT ONE HUNDRED TWENTY (120) F.6,,;.,T
SOUTH OF THE SOUTH PROPERTY LINE OF JUAREZ STREET.
WHEREAS, the Board of Aldermen of the City of Wichita
Falls deems it advisable and in the public intere-st to close
that portion of Neff Street hereinafter describeds,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
ALDERMEN OF THE CITY' OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS:
SECTION 1. That that portion of Neff Street-extending
from the south property line of Harding Street southward to a
point one hundred twenty (120) feet south of the south pro-
perty line of Juarez Street be and the same is hereby closed
and abandoned.
SECTION 2. The City of Wichita Falls, Texas, hereby
reserves an easement in said land for the purpose of laying
and maintaining all kind and character of utility lines,
including water, gas, electric, telephor.e, telegraph and
power lines, and sanitary and storm sewers,
PASSED AND APPROVED this the //:e day of February,
1963.
