ORDINANCE NO, 2025
AN ORDINANCE EXTENDING THE CITY LIMITS OF THE CITY OF WICHITA
FALLS, TEXAS, BY ANNEXING CERTAIN LANDS ADJACENT TO THE NORTH
TERRITORIAL LIMITS OF THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, WHICH
LANDS ARE DESCRIBED IN THIS ORDINANCE (LINCOLN HEIGHTS, SEC-
TION III ) .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS:
SECTION 1. The following tract of land located in Wichita
County, Texas, be and the same is hereby ordered to be annexed and
to be included within the Corporate Limits of the City of Wichita
Falls, Texas, and that the Corporate Limits be extended so as to
include said tract of land in Wichita County, Texas, the same
being more particularly described as follows, to-wit:
Beginning at a point in the East Right of Way line of
M.K.& T. RR. , which is also the present City Limits
line as described in City Ordnance No. 1860; said
point being the intersection of the North Right of
Way line of Lenore Drive with the East Right of Way
line of M.K.& T. RR.

SECTION 2. In conformity with Section 3-A of the Amended
Charter of the City of Wichita Falls , Texas, this Ordinance is on
the 10th day of June , 1963, introduced and the City Clerk is
directed to publish said Ordinance one time in a newspaper of gen-
eral circulation published in the City of Wichita Falls, Texas , and
seven (7) days thereafter this Ordinance may be finally acted upon.
THIS ORDINANCE having been introduced on the 10th day of
June , 1963, and having been published in a newspaper of general
circulation in the City of Wichita Falls , Texas , to-wit: The
Wichita Falls Record News on the 14 day of June , 1963, and
