ORDINANCE NO. 2033
AN ORDINANCE EXTENDING THE CITY LIMITS OF THE CITY OF WICHITA
FALLS, TEXAS, BY ANNEXING CERTAIN LANDS, ADJACENT TO THE SOUTH-
WEST TERRITORIAL LIMITS OF THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS,
WHICH LANDS ARE DESCRIBED IN THIS ORDINANCE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS,
TEXAS:
SECTION 1. That the following tract of land located in Wichita
County, be and the same is hereby ereb ordered to be annexed and t

be included within the corporate limits of the City of Wichita Falls,
Texas, and the corporate limits be extended so as to include said
tract of land in Wichita County, Texas, the same being more particu-
larly described as follows:
Beginning at a point in the present city limit line as des-
cribed in City Ordinance No. 1892, in the south line of
Section D-1, University Park Addition, said point being 1700
feet west of the center line of Fairway Road;
THENCE south along said present city limit line, 1600 feet,
more or less to a point in the north line of Section Two,
Lakeview Manor Subdivision;
THENCE west along the present city limit line 277 feet, more
or less to a point in the north right of way line of
Langford Lane, said point being the most northerly north-
west corner of Section Two, Lakeview Manor Subdivision;
THENCE S. 25° 281 W 66.5 feet along the present city limit line
to a point in the south right of way line of Langford Lane,
said point being in the west line of Section Two , Lakeview
Manor Subdivision;
THENCE S. 25° 281 W 2.8 feet more or less along the present
city limit line;
THENCE northwesterly 50 feet, more or less, to the beginning
of r curve;
THENCE along a 39 .78 degree curve to the left 84 feet to the
end of said curve and the east right of way line of Cypress
Avenue;
THENCE N. 62° 081 W 70 feet to the west right of way line of
Cypress Avenue;
THENCE N. 27° 521 E 350 feet more or less along the west
right of way line of Cypress Avenue to the south right of
way line of Ridgecrest Drive;
THENCE northwesterly along the south right of way line of
Ridgecrest Drive 760 feet, more or less, to the west right
of way line of Sonora Drive;
THENCE northerly along the west right of way line of Sonora
Drive 1022 feet, more or less, to the north right of way
line of Tower Drive;
THENCE north 127 feet, more or less to a point in the south
line of Section D-1, University Park Addition, said point
being in the present city limit line as described in City
Ordinance No . 1852;
THENCE east along the present city limit line and the south
line of Section D-1, University Park Addition to the place
of beginning and containing 28.28 acres of land.
SECTION 2. In conformity with Section 3-4 of the Amended Charter
of the City of Wichita Falls , Texas, this ordinance is on the 22nd day
of July, 1963, introduced and the City Clerk is directed to publish said

ordinance one time in a newspaper of general circulation published
in the City of Wichita Falls, Texas, and seven ( 7) days thereafter
this ordinance may be finally acted upon.
THIS ORDINANCE having been introduced on the 22nd day of July,
1963, and having been published in a newspaper of general circulation
in the City of Wichita Falls, Texas, to-wit, the Wichita Falls Record
News, )1., time, to-wit , on the 27th day of July, 1963, and seven (7)
days after such publication has elapsed, his ordinance shall be finally
