RESOLUTION NO. /? /
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Aldermen of the City
of Wichita Falls that a public hearing be set before the Board
of Aldermen on the day of ka=oy 1952 at __ P. M.
for the purpose of determining whether, there no longer exists
in the City of Wichita Falls such a shortage in rental housing
accommodations as to require rent control therein.
THAT after such public hearing the Board of Aldermen
shall make a determination of whether such a shortage exists
in rental housing accommodations so as to require rent control
and certify their findings to the Office of Rent Stabilization
as provided by Public Law 96, Eighty - Second Congress.
BE IT further resolved that notice of the proposed
public hearing be published one time _1n the coed
