BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS that the City
manager be authorized to execute a' lease.hold contract on a
year to year basis at a rental of $1.00 per year between the
City of Wichita Falls and Wolfson Pipe and Supply Company to
that- portion of the City property adjoining Lot 12, Block 116,
original townsi;.i'E_ of Wichita Falls, Texas, that is now occu-
pied by the Wolfsons due to an error in their construction of
a building thereon which encroaches on the City property for
some eight inches. The said Wolfson Pipe and Supply Company
to agree that if at any time in the future in the opinion of
the Board of Aldermen of the City of Wichita Falls, Texas,
said building should be removed from the Cityts property, that
they or their successors in interest will remove the same at

their own cost and expense.
