RESOLUTION ACCEPTING IMPROVEMENTS ON A PORTION
OF AVENUE 3 AND DIRECTING THE ISSUANCE AND''
DELIVERY OF CERTIFICATES IN EVIDENCE OF SPECIAL
ASSESSMENTS LEVIED.
WHEREAS, the City ofWichita Falls., heretofore
entered' into a contract with Stuckey Construction Company, a
partnership, ofWichita Falls, Texas, for the making and con--'
struction ofcertain improvements on the following portion of
Avenue J in said City wit.t:
AVENUE 3, from the .pest property line of Taylor
III Street to the east property line of Fillmore Street, ,known
Unit No 83.as Una. 8anddesignated 3
and,
WHEREAS, ' such improvements ,have been completed upon
said portion of Avenue--3 and have been inspected and found to'
be complete in accordance with the contract therefor, TT-31;P.E-
ORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF
THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, ,THAT:
I.
The improvements on said portion of Avenue J be,
and the y are h-ereby, accepted: and the contract with reference
to the construction of such improvements be, and is hereby,
found and declared fully completed and performed.
II.
The mayor, be and he is hereby directed to issue and.
execute in the name of the City, certificates in evidence of
the special assessments levied, against abutting property and
owners thereof for such improvements, and the City Clerk is
directed to execute same and impress thereon the corporate seal,
all in accordance with the proceedings relating to such improve—.
rnents and assessments; such certificates shall be delivered to
said ,Company.

This resolution shall take effect and- be- ip force
from and after its passage.;

COMPLETION OF IMPROVEMENTS ON AVENUE I Jl' ,
IN THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS
TO THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN< OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS
Gentlemen:
I' beg to report that Stuckey Construction Company,
a partnership, of Wichita Falls, Texas, to whom was awarded
the contract for the improvement of certain streets and ave-
nues in the City of Wichita Falls, Texas, has completed the
improvements:
ON AVENUE UUJi from the west property
line of Taylor Street to the east property
line of Fillmore Street, known and desig-
nated as Unit No® 83.
The said improvements having been completed in strict
accordance with the terms of said contract and specifications
of said work adopted by the City, I hereby recommend that the
said improvements be finally accepted by the Board of Aldermen:
