RESOLUTION ACCEPTING' IMPROVEMENTS ON A. PORTION'
OF GIDDINGS STREET AND DIRECTING THE ISSUANCE AND
DELIVERY OF CERTIFICATES IN EVIDENCE OF SPECIAL
ASSESSMENTS LEVIED.
WHEREAS;, the City of Wichita Falls, heretofore". entered
into a contract with Stuckey Construction Company, a partnership,
of -Wichita Falls, Texas,' for the making and construction- of.
certain improvements on the following portion of Giddings Street
in said City to wit.
THE 'UNPAVED AND UNIMPROVED PORTION OF GIDDINGS STREET
which abuts Lot 1, Block 80A Highland Addition to the City of
Wichita Falls, Texas, and being the west one-half of that
portion of Giddings Street which abuts said Lot 1, known and
designated as Unit No.-..79. '
and,
WHEREAS, such improvements have been completed upon
said portion of Giddings Street and have been inspected and
found to be complete in accordance with the contract therefor,
THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF
THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
I.
The improvements on said portion of Giddings Street be,
and they are hereby, accepted; and the contract with reference
to the construction of such improvements be, and is hereby,
found and declared fully completed and performed.
II.
The Mayor, be and he' is hereby directed to issue and
execute °in the name of the City, certificates in evidence of
the special assessments levied against abutting property and
owners thereof for such improvements, and the City Clerk is
directed to execute. same` and impress 'thereon the corporate
seal, all in accordance with the proceedings relating to such
imp r o em nts and ass seme nts such crtificates shall be
delivered to said. Company.
III.
This resolution shall;. take effect and be in force ,
from and after Sts passage.

OF IMPROVEMENTS ON A PORTION. OF GIDDINGS STREET,
IN TEE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS
TO THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS
Gentlemen:
I beg to report that Stuckey Construction Company,
a partnership, of Wichita Falls, Texas, to whom was awarded
the contract for the improvement of certain streets and "ave-
nues in the City of Wichita Falls, Texas, has completed the
improvements on,
A PORTION OF GIDDINGS STREET, which abuts Lot 1,
Block 80A, Highland Addition to the City of
Wichita Falls, Texas, and being the west one-
half of that portion of Giddings Street which
abuts said Lot 1, known and designated as
Unit No. 79.
The said improvements having been completed in strict
accordance with the terms of said contract and specifications
of said work adopted by the City, I hereby recommend that the
said improvements be finally accepted by the Board of Aldermen:
