BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of Aldermen of the City
of Wichita Falls , Texas , that Bill N. Taylor, City Manager, is
authorized and directed to execute a supplemental contract with
D & F Motor Company extending and renewing the City's contract
with the said Company from September 25, 1951 to September 25,
1952 and including the furnishing of Ford passenger cars to the
City on the basis of 22¢ per mile and pickup automobiles at 30
per mile.
