RESOLUTION ACCEPTING IMPROVEMENTS ON A PORTION
OF TAYLOR STREET AND DIRECTING THE ISSUANCE AND
DELIVERY OF CERTIFICATES IN EVIDENCE OF SPECIAL
ASSESSMENTS LEVIED.
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls, heretofore
entered into a contract with Stuckey Construction Company,
a partnership, of Wichita Falls, Texas, for the making and
construction of certain improvements on the following portion
of Taylor Street in said City to wit:
ON THE UNPAVED AND UNIMPROVED PORTION OF TAYLOR
STREET which abuts Lot 16, Block 95, Floral Heights Addition
to the City of Wichita Falls, Texas, and being the east one-
half of that portion of Taylor Street which abuts said Lot 16,
known and designated as Unit No. 98.
and,
WHEREAS, such improvements have been completed upon
said portion of Taylor Street and have been inspected and
found to be complete in accordance with the contract therefor,
THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF
THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
I.
The improvements on said portion of Taylor Street
be, and they are hereby, accepted; and the contract with
reference to the construction of such improvements be, and
is hereby, found and declared fully completed and performed.
II.
The Mayor, be and he is hereby directed to issue
and execute in the name of the City, certificates in evidence
of the special assessments levied against abutting property
and owners thereof for such improvements, and the City Clerk
is directed to execute same and impress thereon the corporate
seal, all in accordance with the proceedings relating to such
improvements and assessments; such certificates shall be
delivered to said Company.
III.
This resolution shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.

REPORT OF THE ENGINEER AS TO FINAL COMPLETION OF
IMPROVEMENTS ON A PORTION OF TAYLOR STREET IN THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS
TO THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS.
Gentlemen:
T. beg to report that Stuckey Construction Company, a
partnership, of Wichita Falls, Texas, to whom was awarded
the contract for the improvement of certain streets and
avenues in the City of Wichita Falls , Texas , has completed
the improvements on,
THE UNPAVED AND UNIMPROVED PORTION OF TAYLOR STREET
which abuts Lot 16, Block 95, Floral Heights Addition
to the City of Wichita Falls, Texas, and being the
east one—half of that portion of Taylor Street which
abuts said Lot 16, known and designated as Unit No. 98.
The said improvements having been completed in strict
accordance with the terms of said contract and specifications
of said work adopted by the City, I hereby recommend that the
said improvements be finally accepted by the Board of Aldermen:
