BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Aldermen of the City
of Wichita Falls, Texas:
WHEREAS, there now remains the sum of approximately
$40,000.00 in bond funds as issued for the purpose of improving
the water system of the City of Wichita Falls; and
WHEREAS, such funds will remain out of the bonds voted
for such purpose upon the completion of the original work pro-
gram; and
WHEREAS, the following additional improvements are
reasonably necessary for the expansion of the Water Department
belonging to the City of Wichita Falls;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the following sums
be expended out of bond funds for the .following purposes:
1. x$3,500.00 for an additional lime feeder.
2. 97000.00 for the construction of a new f louride
building.
3. 110, 000.00 for )( new two -inch maim
Said funds are, therefore, appropriated for such purposes, this
expenditure being in accordance with the purpose of the original
bond program.
