BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Aldermen of the City
of Wichita Falls , Texas, that the work and improvements done
by the Pittsburgh-Des oines Steel Company, of Pittsburgh, Penn-
sylvania, be accepted by the City of Wichita Palls as completed
and that the verification of account presented by E . L. 'rurray,
Credit Manager of such Company, and the unqualified guarantee
of such Company dated November 2, 1951 be accepted, and that
the City Clerk of the City of Wichita Falls pay the balance
due said Company as certified by John P . Ruhmann.
