RESOLUTIO ACCEPTING I.'PROVEME TTS ON A PORTION
OF McGREGOR AVENUE AND DIRECTING THE ISSUANCE
AND DELIVERY OF CERTIFICATES I ,' EVIDENCE OF
SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS LEVIED.
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls heretofore
entered into a contract with Stuckey Construction Company,
a partnership, of Wichita Falls, Texas, for the making and
construction of `certain improvements on the following por-
tion of Mc Gregor Avenue in said City to wit:
Mc-REGOR AVENUE, from the West Property Line
of Holliday Road to the West Property Line of
Grace Street, known and designated as Unit or
District No. 46.
and,
WHEREAS, such improvements have been completed upon
t said portion of McGregor Avenue and have been inspected and
found to be complete in accordance with the contract there-
for, THER=EFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF
THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
I.
The improvements on said portion of McGregor Ave-
nue be, and they are hereby, accepted; and the contract
with reference to the construction of such improvements be,
and is hereby, found and declared fully completed and per-
formed.
TI.
The Mayor be, and he is hereby directed to issue
and execute in the name of the City, certificates in evi-
dence of the special assessments, levied against abutting
property and owners thereof for such improvements , and the
City Clerk is directed to execute same and impress thereon
the corporate seal, all in accordance with the proceedings
relating to such improvements and assessments; such certi-
ficates shall be• delivered to said Company.
III.
This resolution shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.

REPORT OF THE EN=EER AS TO FINAL COMPLETION
OF IMPROVEMENTS ON MC GREGOR AVENUE, IN THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS , TEXAS
TO THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS
Gentlemen:
I beg to report that Stuckey Construction Company,
a partnership, of Wichita Falls, Texas, to whom was awarded
the contract for the improvement of certain streets and ave-
nues ln the City of Wichita Falls , Texas, has completed the
i=rovements on,
McGREGOR AVENUE, from the West Property Line
of Holliday Road to the West Property Line of
Grace Street, known and designated as Unit or
District Mc . 46.
The said improvements having been completed in
strict accordance with the terms of said contract and speci-
fications of said work adopted by the City, I hereby recom-
mend that the said improvements be finally accepted by the
Board of Aldermen:
