BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Aldermen of the City of
Wichita Falls that the First Baptist Church, Wichita Falls, Texas,
is granted permission to cut a steam pipe trench across the alley
between their properties at the corner of 9th and Burnett Streets
without first having obtained a permit from the City Manager's
Office in the City of Wichita Falls, Texas .
