BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF WICHITA
FALLS, TEXAS:
That the Mayor be, and he is hereby authorized, to execute
and enter into, and the City Secretary be, and he is hereby author-
r
ized, to attest an agreement with Texas Electric Service Company
supplemental to an agreement made the 28th day of October 1941,
and supplement thereto dated February 5, 1947, covering said
Company's use and occupancy of the streets, alleys, highways,
easements, parks and other public places within the City of
Wichita Falls, Texas, Said supplemental agreement to extend the
afore mentioned agreement and supplement for a period of 10 years
from the date of the supplemental agreement.
