RESOLUTION ACCEPTING IIPROV'EMENTS ON A PORTION
OF FOURTH STREET AND DIRECTING THE ISSUANCE
AND DELIVERY OF CERTIFICATES IN EVIDENCE OF
SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS LEVIED.
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls heretofore
entered into a contract with Stuckey Construction Company,
a partnership, of Wichita Falls, Texas , for the making and
construction of certain improvements on the following por-
tion of Fourth Street in said City to wit;
FOURTH STREET, from the West Curb Line of
Bluff Street to the East Curb Line of Broad
Street, known and designated as Unit or Dis-
trict No. 39.
and,
WHEREAS, such improvements have been completed
upon said portion of Fourth Street and have been inspected
and found to be complete in accordance with the contract
therefor, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF
THE CITY OF ^ICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
I.
The improvements on said portion of Fourth Street
be, and they are hereby, accepted; and the contract with
reference to the construction of such improvements be, and
is hereby, found and declared fully completed and performed.
II.
The Mayor be, and he is hereby directed to issue
and execute in the name of the City, certificates in evi-
dence cf the special assessments, levied against abutting
property and owners thereof for such improvements , and the
City Clerk is directed to execute same and impress thereon
the corpo_:ate seal, all in accordance with the proceedings
relating, to such improvements and assessments ; such certi-
ficates shall be delivered to said Company.
III.
This resolution shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.

REPORT OF THE ENGItiEER AS TO FINAL COMPLETION
OF IMPROVEMENTS ON FOURTH STREET, IN THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS
TO THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS
Gentlemen:
I beg to re, ort that Stuckey Construction Company,
a partnership, of Wichita Falls, Texas, to whom was awarded
the contract for the improvement of certain streets and ave-
nues in the City of Wichita Falls , Texas, has completed the
improvements on,
FOURTH STREET, from the West Curb Line of
Bluff Street to the East Curb Line of Broad
Street, known and designated as Unit or Dis-
trict No. 39.
The said improvements having been completed in
strict accordance with the terms of said contract and speci-
fications of said work adopted by the City, I hereby recom-
mend that the said improvements be finally accepted by the
Board of Aldermen:
