RESOLUTION ACCEPTING I B?ROVEi.iENTS ON A PORTION
OF BLUFF STREET AND DIRECTIG THE ISSUANCE AND
DELIVERY OF CERTIFICATES IN EVIDENCE OF SPECIAL
ASSESSMENTS LEVIED.
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls heretofore
entered into a contract with Stuckey Coils t °uction Company,
a partnership, of Wichita Falls, Texas, for the making and
construction of certain improvements on the following por-
tion of Bluff Street in said City to wit:
BLUFF STREET, from the North Property Line
of Fourth Street to the North Property Line
of Sixth Street, known and designated as Unit
or District No. 29.
and,
WHEREAS, such improvements have been completed upon
said portion of Bluff Street and have been inspected and
found to be complete in accordance with the contract there-
for, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOAED OF ALDER= OF
THE CITY of JICRITA FALLS, TEAS, THAT:
I.
The improvements on said portion of Bluff Street be,
and they are hereby, accepted; and the contract with refer-
ence to the construction of such improvements be , and is
hereby, found and declared fully completed and performed.
II.
The vl yn__, be, and he is hereby directed to issue
and execte in the name of the City, certificates in evi-
dence of the special assessments, levied against abutting
property and owners thereof for such improvements, and the
City Clerk is directed to execute same and impress thereon
the corporate seal, all in accordance with the proceedings
relating to such improvements and assessments; such certi-
ficates shall be delivered to said Company.
III.
This resolution shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.

REPORT OF THE ENGINEER AS TO FINAL COMPLETION
OF IIPROVEIENTS ON BLUFF STREET, IN THE CITY
OF 'IICHITA FALLS, TEXAS
TO THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS
Gentlemen:
I beg to report that Stuckey Construction Company,
a partnership, of Wichita Falls, Texas, to whom was awarded
the contract for the improverent of certain streets and ave-
nues in the City of Wichita Falls, Texas, has completed the
improvements on,
BLUFF STREET, from the North Property Line
of Fourth Street to the North Property Line
of Sixth Street , known and designated as Unit
or District No. 29.
The said improvements having been completed in
strict accordance with the terms of said contract and speci-
fications of said work adopted by the City, I hereby recom-
mend that the said improvements be finally accepted by the
Board ofAldo m en:
