RESOLUTION ACCEPTING IMPROVEMENTS ON A PORTION
OF WOODROW AVENUE AND DIRECTING THE ISSUANCE
Aim DELIVERY OF CERTIFICATES IN EVIDENCE OF
SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS LEVIED.
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls heretofore
entered into a contract with Stuckey Construction Company,
a partnership, of Wichita Falls, Texas, for the making and
construction of certain improvements on the following por-
tion of Woodrow Avenue in said City to wit:
WOODROV AVENUE, from the east Property Line
of Cherokee Street west a distance of 160
feet to the existing pavement, known and de-
signated as Unit or District No. 34.
and,
WHEREAS, such improvements have been completed upon
said portion of Woodrow Avenue and have been inspected and
found to be complete in accordance with the contract there-
for, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDEP EN OF
THE CITY OF vICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
I .
The improvements on said portion of Woodrow Ave-
nue be , and they are hereby, accepted; and the contract
with reference to the construction of such. i mprovements be,
and is hereby, found and declared fully completed and per-
formed.
II.
The Mayor be, and he is hereby directed to issue
and execute in the name of the City, certificates in evi-
dence of the special assessments , levied against abutting
property and owners thereof for such improvements, and the
City Clerk is directed to execute same and impress thereon
the corporate seal, all in accordance with the proceedings
relating to such improvements and 'assessments; such certi-
ficates shsal be delivered to said Company.
III.
This resolution shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.

OF WICHITA. FALL, TEXAS
TO THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS
Gentlemen:
I beg to report that S t cL y Construction Company,
a partnership, of Uichita Falls, Texas, to whom was awarded
the contract for the irnrrove:rent of certain streets and ave-
nues in the City of Wichita. Falls , Texas, has completed the
improvemOnts on,
WOODROW AVENUE, from the east Property Line
of Cherokee Street west a distance of 160
feet to the existing pavement, known and de-
signated as Unit or District No. 34.
The said improvements having been completed in
strict accordance with the terms of said contract and speci-
fications of said work adopted by the City, I hereby recom-
mend t at the said improvements be finally accepted by the
Board of Aldermen:
