RESOLUTION ACCEPTING ImPR0vEmENT.s ON A PORTION
OF HAYES STREET A D DIRECTING THE ISSUANCE AND
DELIVERY OF CERTIFICATES IN EVIDENCE OF SPECIAL
ASSESSMENTS LEVIED.
WH .EAS, the City of Wichita `Falls heretofore
entered into a contract with Stuckey Construction Company,
a partnership, of Wichita Falls, Texas , for the making and
construction of> certain improvements on the following por-
tion of Hayes Street' in said City to wit:
HAYES STREET, from the South Property
Line on Ninth Street to the North Prop--
erty Line on Tenth Street, 'mown and d.e-
signated as Unit or District No. .41.
and,
WHEREAS' such. improvements have been completed
upon said. portion of. Hayes Street and have been inspected j
and': found. to be complete in accordance with the contract
therefor, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE' BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF
THE "CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
I.
The irnprovem..ents on said portion of Hayes Street
be, and they are' hereby, accepted; and the contract with
reference to the construction of such improvements `be, and
is hereby, found. and declared. fully completed and performed.
II.
The -Mayor be, and he >is hereby directed. to issue
and execute in the name of the City, certificates in .evi-
Bence of the, special ;assessments, levied against abutting
property and owners thereof for such :improvements, ;and the
City. Clerk is directed to execute same and impress thereon
the corporate seal, all ih accordance ith the proceedings
relating to `such improvements and. assessments, ' such certi-=
ficates shall be delivered to said Company.
III-
This resolution shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.

REPORT OF THE ENGINEER AS TO FINAL COMPLETTION
OF IMPROVEMENTS ON HAYES STREET, IN THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS
TO THE BOARD OF ALDEFuIEN OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS:
Gentlemen:
I beg to report that Stuckey Construction Company,
a partnership, of `4WTichita Falls, Texas, to whom was awarded
the contract for the ' imorovement, of certain streets and ave-
nues in the City of Wichita Falls, Texas, has completed the
improvements on,
HAYES STREET, from the South Property
Line on Ninth Street to the North Prop-
erty Line on Tenth Street, known and de
signated as Unit or District No. 2+1. '
The said improvements hsvin been completed in
strict accordance with the terms of "said contract and speci-
fica ti ons of said work adopted by the City, I hereby recom-
mend that the said improvements be finally accepted by the
Board of Aldermen.
